The Monitor function allows you to track the progress of your pickups and deliveries for all your routes throughout the day. This is where you see real-time status for each of your routes, including driver locations. Exceptions are highlighted as they happen so you or your BC can communicate with your driver to correct these.
Tap Monitor from the app menu to get to the monitor screen. Similar to the usage metaphor in Route, you can monitor your operations in Mapview or Listview.

Monitor in Listview
This screen shows real time progress for all your routes categorized by activity.
Today | This bucket lists all your routes that appear to be running today - meaning any route in your operation that has a pickup or delivery assigned for today appears here. Typically, you will see stop count increase for these routes through the sort, as packages are getting scanned to your trucks. |
All | This is your complete list of routes within your operation, both active and inactive. |
Running | This bucket shows routes that have been dispatched and are currently active and running today. |
Completed | These routes have completed for the day. These are shown as dimmed on the map |
Each route is automatically updated based on its activity so you know when a route has started and when it completes. Scroll through the routes to monitor progress and review exceptions if any. Tap on any route to get a detailed timeline of the stops serviced for that route.
For any route, tap the driver name to get their timecard details. Tap the Route number to toggle back.

This is the number of service exceptions coded by the driver for this route. Tap to review so you can take action to have these corrected.
Service detail
From the List view, tap on any route to get a detailed timeline of when and what stops on this route were serviced. Any stops with exceptions are highlighted. You can tap the view route button to directly go to that route.
Monitor in Mapview
This screen shows you the current driver locations and the last delivery or pickup stop serviced for all your routes. Zoom and pan the map to see status of all your routes. Tap any route tag to see the driver and service metrics. Any exceptions for a route are highlighted with a red tag. If the route tag is dimmed, then that route has completed for the day. For total statistics and map filter options, open the list menu in the top right. Please review this explainer graphic for all details.
