Steps to activate data subscription to use PackageRoute

Before you can use PackageRoute App version 2.0 or higher, you must Activate Data Subscriptions so FXG is authorized to share P&D data for your PSA with PackageRoute. Please note, FedEx refreshes authorizations twice daily at 5 PM ET and 12 AM ET. Data authorizations completed before these times will be available after the respective refresh.

Here are the steps to activate data subscriptions: 

1. Open a Browser session and log into MGBA
   

2. On the home page click the link to FCC (FedEx Customer Connection). This will open a new FCC tab
   
   
   
   

3. Tap the Settings (gear) icon. This will open the Settings prompt
   
   

4. Tap the Data Subscriptions tab.
   
   

   Select the following in listed order:

   1. Service Area: Select ALL
   2. Vendor: Select PackageRoute
   3. Enable all the check boxes. Otherwise you will NOT be able to complete setup and use PackageRoute App.
      • Delivery Manifest
      • Pickup Manifest
      • Work Area Summary

   

5. Make sure all check boxes above are enabled. Tap Save

6. Now when you run PackageRoute, it will automatically discover all your drivers, vehicles and routes
