- AO, BC, Drivers
You can use the Timecards functionality to track the hours of service for all your Drivers and BCs. Here are the steps to get started:
As an AO or BC, you need to set your Pay Period. You can do this from the Settings > Timecards. Detailed steps are provided in this article. There are additional settings that you can enable or disable based on how closely you want to track your drivers through each pay period.
What your drivers need to do
To start tracking their service hours, each driver can tap Timecard from their App menu. To Clock In, the driver simply taps the Clock In icon button. Other options to track breaks and Clock Out become available depending on context. The driver can see all his / her tracked hours.
What the AO, BC needs to do
Nothing really other than ensuring that all the drivers are using Timecards. As your drivers clock their hours and breaks on their phones, their timecards become instantly visible on your phone under your Timecards summary.
- Using the Current and All buttons at the top, toggle between current running hours and all hours for the pay period
- Click the arrows on the right side to expand each submenu.
- If you enable this in your settings, you will receive notifications for clock events for your drivers
Through your pay period, if needed, you can edit your driver timecard. At the end of your pay period, you can export the hours for processing by any payroll or accounting software.
